The Athletes
Based on which sport is being evaluated, each athlete is required to perform five standardized, sport-specific tests. RAPS Rating assesses and evaluates functional movement and grades you on your score so the trainer and coach have a better idea of an off-season program specific for your needs. After completing these tests, athletes will receive six scores: an overall RAPS Rating percentile ranking which compares them by sport and position to other athletes and five Hurricane scores which evaluate their performance on each specific test.
Based on both the RAPS Rating and RAPS Hurricane Scores, athletes can see how they "compare" against other athletes across the country in their specific sport(s) and position.
This official assessment gives athletes the unique opportunity to develop a personalized strength and conditioning programs to address any weaknesses and become a top competitor in their field.
COLLEGE ATHLETICS Recruitment
